Exhaust gas water preheater (Economiser) for breweries

A brewery in Lower Saxony has retrofitted its steam generator (5 MW) for heat recovery with an Essert-Economiser.

The steam boiler is operated as the main boiler and is supported by 2 smaller steam generators.

The Essert-Economiser saves an annual natural gas volume of approx. 700,000 m³.
