ESSERT Flue gas condensers

In natural gas-fired plants we can use the ESSERT CONDENSER in addition to the ESSERT ECONOMISER.
This condenser is installed behind the Economiser and heats up the mains or process water supplied.

In addition, we are now reducing the exhaust gas temperature to only 50°C.  

By heating the mains or process water, we achieve a further fuel saving of several percentage points, an improvement in the efficiency of the steam boiler to over 100% and we again reduce emissions.

As with the ESSERT ECONOMISER, the ROI (Return of Invest) of the ESSERT CONDENSATOR is already reached after several months.
